Should be possible to know what changes were made to the patient record, when and who made those changes

Patients and consultations are often identified by the assigned doctor. We need to provide authorized users with a means of doing this

Users have custom preferences for the page size of tabular data displayed. It's helpful to let them customize the default page sizes on they see on their devices

Doctors would like to have notes autosaved in patient review if the manual save button is not clicked before proceeding the record a diagnosis (or another section of the encounter wizard)

Doctors would like to see all referrals made for a specific patient with the ability to search by the author of the referral
