Feedback from doctors: Diagnostic reports for outsourced tests are currently not inputed in the app. Often because they are received by email from diagnostic partners. It's useful to find out why and how this can be improved. This would make it easy for doctors to view and interpret diagnostic reports of patients

Should be possible to raise multiple service requests like is done with prescriptions

Request from diagnostics team: Should be possible to edit a diagnostic report before and after approval. Important to have an audit log of actions made in this regard
