EMR feature requests

Doctors would like to have the ability to repeat a prescriptions. i.e. create a new prescription based on a previous prescription issued. This may be similar to but not the same as refilling a prescription.

Patients can overdose by buying medications that have already been dispensed to them. Current print prescription feature displayed all prescribed medications. It's important that when printing prescriptions, the pharmacist can have control of what items should be displayed in the printed prescription.

Request from diagnostics team: Should be possible to edit a diagnostic report before and after approval. Important to have an audit log of actions made in this regard
