Provide visibility on actions take on a patient's bill
Reduce billing errors as a result of patient's having access to multiple unauthorized payment methods
Improve approval workflows for bill cancelation

Line items of bills are a combination of the service/product name and the practitioner who fulfilled the request. This combination can sometimes be interpreted as the entire product's name
Impact
Hard to distinguish products/services from line item titles
Ask:
Make bills clearer to understand
Display quantity and dose on bills (some prescription information). Will need to validate this requirement

Some copays differ per category of services. For the example, at diagnostics the patient may contribute 25% of the bill but will pay 10% for consultations. The EMR only supports one contribution saved on the patient's coverage details. It would be good to have something that closer reflects the reality
