Location inaccuracies in reporting

For healthcare providers with multiple locations of operation, it's helpful and necessary to know where a service was fulfilled or product delivered. This means that:
- We should know where a consultation was performed
- We should know where a lab was fulfilled
- We should know where a medication was dispensed or administered
- We should know where payment for services or products was received
There are currently inaccuracies in saving this information from the EMR. This has to be resolved
