For healthcare providers with multiple locations of operation, it's helpful and necessary to know where a service was fulfilled or product delivered. This means that:
  1. We should know where a consultation was performed
  2. We should know where a lab was fulfilled
  3. We should know where a medication was dispensed or administered
  4. We should know where payment for services or products was received
There are currently inaccuracies in saving this information from the EMR. This has to be resolved
